PUBLIC CENSURE

The above complaint was filed against Mark Steven Graham, an attorney licensed to

practice law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9,

the Board of Professional Responsibility considered this matter at its meeting on December 8,

2023.

Mr. Graham’s law license is currently suspended. He filed a pro se lawsuit and identified

himself in the pleading as a “lawyer” and “member of the Bar of the State of Tennessee.”

Respondent also signed the pleading by using his name, “Esq.,” and his Board of Professional

Responsibility licensure number, along with the designation that he was pro se.

By the aforementioned acts, Mark Steven Graham, is in violation of Rules of Professional

Conduct 7.1 (communications concerning a lawyer’s services), 3.4 (fairness to opposing party),

and 8.4(g) (failure to comply with court order) and is hereby Publicly Censured for these

violations.
