The above complaint was filed against Mark Steven Graham, an attorney licensed to

practice law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9,

the Board of Professional Responsibility considered this matter at its meeting on December 8,

2023.

Mr. Grahamâs law license is currently suspended. He filed a pro se lawsuit and identified

himself in the pleading as a âlawyerâ and âmember of the Bar of the State of Tennessee.â

Respondent also signed the pleading by using his name, âEsq.,â and his Board of Professional

Responsibility licensure number, along with the designation that he was pro se.
