MEMPHIS LAWYER PLACED ON DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS

By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court filed May 23, 2008, the law license of Patricia B. Penn, a
Memphis attorney, was transferred to Disability Inactive Status pursuant to Section 21 of Supreme Court Rule 9
for an indefinite period of time and until further Orders of the Supreme Court.

Ms. Penn cannot practice law while on disability inactive status. Ms. Penn can return to the practice of
law only after reinstatement by Order of the Supreme Court.
