LEXINGTON LAWYER REINSTATED

On October 22, 2001, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an Order reinstating the law license of
Howard F. Douglass.

On September 11, 2001, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an Order temporarily suspending the
law license of Douglas for posing a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public. Douglass subsequently
filed with the Court a Petition for Dissolution of Order of Suspension. On October 15, 2001, a hearing panel
conducted a hearing on Douglass’ petition and recommended that Douglass be reinstated to the practice of
law.
