MEMPHIS ATTORNEY PUBLICLY CENSURED

Don A. Handley, Memphis attorney, was publicly censured by the Board of
Professional Responsibility for continuing to practice law after he was suspended for non-
payment of dues and lack of compliance with continuing legal education. Handley was
suspended from September 20, 2004 until January, 2006 for non-payment of his dues to the
Board of Professional Responsibility. He was also suspended for lack of compliance with
continuing legal education from September 21, 2004 until March 2, 2006 and continued to
practice law.

The imposition of this censure declares Handley’s actions to be improper ethical
conduct, but does not limit his right to practice law.
