CLARKSVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED
On January 22, 2002, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an order reinstating the law license of
Gary M. Eisenberg.
On December 19, 2001, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an order temporarily suspending the
law license of Mr. Eisenberg for failing to respond to a complaint of misconduct and thereby posing a
substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public. On approximately December 27, 2001, Mr. Eisenberg
filed an Application for Dissolution of Order of Temporary Suspension. On January 14, 2002, a hearing
panel heard Mr. Eisenbergâs Application for Order of Dissolution of Temporary Suspension and having
found that Mr. Eisenberg had since responded to the complaint, recommended that Mr. Eisenberg be
reinstated to the practice of law in the State of Tennessee. The Supreme Court of Tennessee ordered the
reinstatement of Mr. Eisenbergâs law license by order filed January 22, 2002.
