Suspended by the Supreme Court on June 12, 2000 upon his guilty plea in U.S. District Court to
knowingly and willfully making a false, fictitious and fraudulent statement and representation to
an agent of the FBI. A hearing panel ordered his license should be suspended for eleven (11)
months and twenty-nine (29) days, and for an indefinite period until his compliance with all the
requirements of his federal conviction. (His law license was actually suspended for 27 months.)
He was reinstated to the practice of law on October 2, 2001.
