Disbarred by order entered July 7, 1995. He had been suspended on June 2, 1993 after being
convicted of the crime of official misconduct in the Criminal Court of Gibson County on May 2,
1993. He was convicted of unlawfully and feloniously, while acting as a special judge and thus a
public servant and with intent to obtain a benefit, intentionally and knowingly committed an act
relating to his employment or office as a judge that constituted an unauthorized exercise of
official power.
