Public censure on March 7, 1997. He represented a client on a DUI charge in General Sessions
Court. The client requested that Mask obtain a restricted driver's license for him. Mask filled
out the court order incorrectly and did not take steps to correct the order or to have it signed by a
judge. The client had to employ another attorney to obtain the signed court order giving him a
restricted driver's license.
