FLORIDA LAWYER DISBARRED

On December 12, 2008, Glenn Erikson, of Tampa, Florida, was disbarred by Order of the Tennessee
Supreme Court.

The Board of Professional Responsibility filed a Petition for Final Discipline against Glenn Erikson,
pursuant to Rule 9 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Tennessee, following his pleading guilty to one count
of wire fraud affecting a financial institution in violation of Title 18 of the United States Code. Mr. Erikson
participated in a hearing by telephone on August 12, 2008, in which he indicated that he did not have any
opposition to either the allegations raised in the petition or the discipline requested by disciplinary counsel
which was disbarment. Glenn Erikson is ordered to pay the costs of the disciplinary proceedings.

Glenn Erikson’s actions violate the following Rule(s) of Professional Conduct: 8.4, Misconduct.

Glenn Erikson must comply with the requirements of Rule 9, § 19 of the Rules of the Supreme Court
should he seek reinstatement of his Tennessee law license and he may not resume practice until reinstated by
further order of this Court.
