Public censure on March 1, 2001. He received a check from his client for full payment of work
performed by a third party, deposited the money into his trust account but did not pay the third
party for approximately ten (10) months. Furthermore, his trust account balance during this
period was less than the amount of the check. Mr. Jack also failed to promptly respond to the
Board's request for information.
