NASHVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED
Mary Belle Langford, a Nashville attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered on March 30, 2010. Ms. Langford was temporarily suspended from the
practice of law by Order of the Supreme Court on March 10, 2010, for failing to respond to a complaint of
misconduct. On March 15, 2010, Ms. Langford filed a Motion to Set Aside Temporary Suspension. A hearing
was conducted on March 25, 2010. On March 26, 2010, the Hearing Panel recommended that the temporary
suspension be dissolved. The temporary suspension was dissolved pursuant to the Supreme Courtâs March 30,
2010 Order.
