TENNESSEE LAWYER DISBARRED
On August 31, 2021, Phillip Gregory Meek, a Mississippi attorney, was permanently disbarred by Order
of Reciprocal Discipline entered by the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Mr. Meek was disbarred by the Supreme
Court of Mississippi on July 12, 2013.
On July 7, 2021, this Court entered a Notice of Reciprocal Discipline directing Mr. Meek to inform this
Court, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Notice, why the discipline imposed by the Supreme Court of
Mississippi should not be imposed by this Court. Mr. Meek did not file a response with the Court as ordered.
Mr. Meek must pay the Boardâs costs and expenses and the court costs within ninety (90) days of the
entry of the order.
