Public censure on July 15, 1993. She failed to notify her client about receipt of some funds
belonging to the client. The client only learned about the receipt of funds when she received a
copy of her file. While in her possession, Carden did not adequately safeguard the funds and
also failed to return phone calls and otherwise communicate with her client.
