NASHVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED TO THE PRACTICE OF LAW
On October 21, 2005, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an Order
reinstating the law license of Jane J. Buffaloe.
On November 20, 2001, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an Order
suspending the law license of Ms. Buffaloe for three (3) years. On March 2, 2005, Ms.
Buffaloeâs counsel filed a Petition for Reinstatement. On August 31, 2005, a Hearing Panel
heard Ms. Buffaloeâs Petition for Reinstatement and recommended that Ms. Buffaloe be
reinstated to the practice of law based upon the following conditions: (1) Ms. Buffaloe extend
her Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program contract for five (5) years; (2) Ms. Buffaloe have a
practice monitor and a trust account monitor; and (3) Ms. Buffaloe attend the Tennessee Law
Institute Review Program for two (2) years. The Supreme Court of Tennessee ordered the
reinstatement of Ms. Buffaloeâs law license by Order filed October 21, 2005.
