community correotions By Order filed 11115113 2010 the Court of Criminal Appeals nffitmed the

Complainant’s sentence based upon-ills Itssmnclent’ s failure to include the sentenenig healing

transcript causing the Court of Ciiminai Appeals to be unable to determine whether the trial court

, considered the moccasin-5.; sentencing principles. The Resp (indent failed to advise the Complainant of

the necessity of having EL bourt Rep ortet present for the Complainant’s sentencing hearing.I
