community correotions By Order filed 11115113 2010 the Court of Criminal Appeals nfï¬tmed the
Complainantâs sentence based upon-ills Itssmnclentâ s failure to include the sentenenig healing
transcript causing the Court of Ciiminai Appeals to be unable to determine whether the trial court
, considered the moccasin-5.; sentencing principles. The Resp (indent failed to advise the Complainant of
