SUMNER COUNTY LAWYER CENSURED

On October 8, 2013, Tonya Hunt Crownover of Hendersonville, Tennessee, was Publicly Censured by
the Tennessee Supreme Court pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court, Rule 9, Section 4.4.

Ms. Crownover committed the unauthorized practice of law by representing a client after she had been
administratively suspended for failing to comply with her continuing legal education requirements.

By these acts, Ms. Crownover has violated Rule 5.5 (unauthorized practice of law) of the Rules of
Professional Conduct and is hereby Publicly Censured for this violation.

A Public Censure is a rebuke and warning to the attorney, but it does not affect the attorney’s ability to
practice law.
