ORDER OF REINSTATEMENT

This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 30.4(c), upon a
Petition for Reinstatement filed on August 5, 2025, by Petitioner, Archie Sanders, III. Mr.
Sanders was suspended from the practice of law by Order of this Court entered May 27,
2025, for a period of one (1) year with two (2) months to be served as an active suspension,
and the remainder on probation, subject to the conditions specified in the May 27, 2025
Supreme Court Order. A Notice of Submission was filed by the Chief Disciplinary Counsel
indicating the petition is satisfactory to the Board, Mr. Sanders has satisfied the conditions
set forth in this Court’s Order imposing discipline, and he is eligible for reinstatement and
probation.

From all of which, the Court grants the Petition for Reinstatement.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND
DECREED BY THE COURT:

1. The Petitioner, Archie Sanders, III, is hereby reinstated to the practice of law in
the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 30.4(c), and the
remainder of his one (1) year suspension shall be served on probation.

2. Mr. Sanders’s reinstatement to the active practice of law and grant of probation
is conditioned upon his continuing compliance with, and timely satisfaction of,
the conditions set forth in the Order of the Supreme Court May 27, 2025. In the
event Mr. Sanders fails to satisfy any condition of probation as set forth in the
May 27, 2025 Order, the grant of probation herein may be revoked pursuant to
Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 14.2.

3. Mr. Sanders shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein in the
amount of $2,206.67 within ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for which
execution may issue if necessary.

4. As a condition of reinstatement and probation, Mr. Sanders shall pay costs to the
Board of Professional Responsibility in the sum of $2,206.67 in three (3)
payments as follows: a first payment of $650.00 to be received by the Board no
later than thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, a second payment of
$650.00 to be received by the Board no later than sixty (60) days from the date
of this Order, and full payment of the remaining balance of $906.67 no later than
ninety (90) days from the date of this Order

5. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this reinstatement
to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
