ORDER DISSOLVING TEMPORARY SUSPENSION
This matter is before the Court upon a Response to Petition for Temporary
Suspension pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 12.3(d), filed by Candace Lenette
Williamson on August 30, 2018; upon the Boardâs response filed on September 28, 2018;
upon a hearing held on October 2, 2018; upon the Report and Recommendation of the
Boardâs panel entered on October 3, 2018; and upon the Findings and Judgment for
Assessment of Costs entered by the panel on October 17, 2018.
From all of which the Court approves the panelâs Report and Recommendation
and the Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs and adopts the same as this
Courtâs Order.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED THAT:
1. The temporary suspension imposed upon Candace Lenette Williamson by
Order of Temporary Suspension entered July 18, 2018, is hereby dissolved.
2. Candace Lenette Williamson shall reimburse the Board of Professional
Responsibility the costs and expenses of this proceeding in the amount of $337.50 within
ninety (90) days, and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, for all
of which execution shall issue if necessary.
3. The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
reinstatement to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.
