Public censure on October 19, 1993. In one matter, he failed to include necessary parties in a
lawsuit; allowed the statute of limitations to run with respect to certain parties; failed to file
responsive pleadings; and misled his clients about the status of their case. In the second matter,
while handling an estate, he failed to communicate with his clients and delayed for months
before recovering personal property of the decedent.
