ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT
This matter is before the Court upon a Petition for Discipline against Bradley
Aaron Teplitsky filed June 22, 2011, in Docket No. 2011-2056-9-KB, by the Board of
Professional Responsibility ("Board"); upon an Answer filed by Mr. Teplitsky on August
31, 2011; upon the Findings and Recommendations of the Hearing Panel on May 30,
2012; upon consideration and approval of the Findings and Recommendations of the
Hearing Panel on June 22, 2012; upon the Order of Final Judgment entered by the
Chancery Court of Shelby County, Tennessee, affirming the Findings and
Recommendations of the Hearing Panel, entered October 29, 2013; upon the Order of the
Supreme Court dismissing the appeal entered December 3, 2014; and upon the entire
record in this cause.
From all of which the Court approves the Order of the Hearing Panel and adopts
the Hearing Panel's as the Court's Order.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE
COURT THAT:
(1) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, §§ 4.4 and 4.7 (2006), Bradley Teplitsky is
hereby publicly censured.
(2) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 18.5, this Order shall be effective ten
(10) days after the date of entry.
(3) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3, Mr. Teplitsky shall pay to the
Board of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the amount

of $8,529.09 and shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, within
ninety (90) days of the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if
necessary.
(4) The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
discipline to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 18.10.
