Disbarred by order entered July 20, 1988. He filed a conditional guilty plea which was accepted
and approved that his disbarment would be retroactive to the date of the indefinite interim
suspension of his law license on October 15, 1986. He had been convicted in the U.S. District
Court of Florida of a conspiracy to defraud the United States in a matter related to the
importation and distribution of illegal drugs (i.e., laundering money).
