ORDER DISSOLVING TEMPORARY SUSPENSION
This matter is before the Court pursuant to a Notice of Submission filed by
the Board of Professional Responsibility (âBoardâ) indicating Melanie Beth Shada
accepted a public censure issued by the Board on October 24, 2024, which resolved
the disciplinary matter upon which her temporary suspension was based. The notice
also provides that Ms. Shada is administratively suspended for failure to pay annual
registration fees.
Upon consideration of the notice filed by the Board, it appears Melanie Beth
Shada resolved her outstanding disciplinary matter on October 24, 2024, and good
cause exists to dissolve the temporary suspension related thereto.
IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED THAT:
The Order of Temporary Suspension entered April 25, 2024, is hereby
dissolved. Melanie Beth Shada shall remain administratively suspended until further
order of this Court.
