Public censure on October 10, 1980. He failed to advise his clients not to proceed with the
purchase or property, or to consult with other counsel, in an instance where the property was
subject to a tax lien. He lulled them into a false sense of security by preparing an
indemnification agreement which the clients did not fully understand.
