Public censure on April 19, 1988. In one matter, he mailed a copy of a doctor's report to
opposing counsel after having deleted a paragraph. In another matter, while representing a client
in a worker's compensation and personal injury claim, he advanced money to the client and co-
signed loans with his client. He failed to maintain adequate records of his transactions with his
client nor did he render appropriate accounting to his client.
