Suspended for forty-five (45) days by order entered April 14, 1986. He deposited a $1,450
check received in settlement of his client's personal injury claim into his operating account
instead of his trust account. He calculated his fee and expenses due to third parties, including the
client's medical expenses, and disbursed the balance to his client. He then failed to disburse or
pay the medical expenses for a period of about 3 years.
