Suspended for one (1) year plus three (3) months by order entered October 10, 1985, retroactive
to September 25, 1984, the date he was immediately suspended after his conviction of a serious
crime, and continuing until January 1, 1986. He was convicted in U.S. District Court, Western
District, of knowingly making false statements and representations in matters within the
jurisdiction of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
