NASHVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT
By Order of the Supreme Court entered on November 27, 2012, Bradley H. Frakes has been reinstated to
the practice of law subject to several conditions, including restitution to a former client and a practice monitor.
On November 21, 2011, Mr. Frakes was suspended for one year, retroactive to Mr. Frakesâ Temporary
Suspension on November 17, 2010. Mr. Frakes received no credit for the one-hundred and eighty (180) days
spent incarcerated. On April 13, 2012, Mr. Frakes filed a Petition for Reinstatement and a hearing was held on
May 14, 2012. Mr. Frakes complied with all the terms and conditions of his suspension.
Based upon the Hearing Panelâs recommendation, the Supreme Court found that Mr. Frakes has
demonstrated the moral qualifications, competency and learning in the law required for the practice of law, and
that his resumption of the practice of law will not be detrimental to the integrity or standing of the bar or
administration of justice, or subversive to the public interest.
