the Board ofProfessional Responsibility consumed these matters at its meeting on June: 152, 2015.
Mr. Smith harassed and threatened a fonner acquaintance resulting int-the issuance: of a
Restraining Order, the institution of misdemeamr criminal charges and the ï¬ling of a civil action.
Mr. Smith successï¬nlly oomplated a [are-trial intervention program, and the criminal charges were
dismismd and expunged. Mr. Smith reached a conï¬dential settiement with the former acquaintame
and the: civil action was dismissed.
