JACKSON LAWYER REINSTATED TO THE PRACTICE OF LAW

On October 13, 2005, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an Order
reinstating the law license of Charles Mark Pullen.

On December 16, 2002, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an Order
temporarily suspending the law license of Mr. Pullen for posing a substantial threat of harm to
the public for Mr. Pullen’s non-compliance with his monitoring agreement with Tennessee
Lawyers Assistance Program. On August 1, 2005, Mr. Pullen’s counsel filed a Petition for
Reinstatement. On August 24, 2005, a Hearing Panel heard Mr. Pullen’s Petition for
Reinstatement and recommended that Mr. Pullen be reinstated to the practice of law based upon
the following conditions: (1) Mr. Pullen extend his Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program
contract for five (5) years; (2) Mr. Pullen practice with at least one other attorney for his first
year of reinstatement; and (3) Mr. Pullen have a practice monitor and a trust account monitor.
The Supreme Court of Tennessee ordered the reinstatement of Mr. Pullen’s law license by Order
filed October 13, 2005.
