ORDER

This matter is before the Court upon the March 19, 2013 Order of Enforcement
suspending the license of James D. McWilliams pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 14
(2006) and referring the matter to the Board of Professional Responsibility for the
institution of formal proceedings to determine the extent of final discipline to be
imposed; upon a Petition for Final Discipline filed against James D. McWilliams on April
23, 2013; upon a Notice of Voluntary Dismissal filed by the Board on April 6, 2015;
upon an Order of April 20, 2015, dismissing the Petition for Final Discipline without
prejudice; upon consideration and approval by the Board on April 27, 2015; and upon the
entire record in this cause.'

From all of which the Court approves and adopts the Order of the Hearing Panel
dismissing the Petition for Final Discipline without prejudice, and further finds that it is
appropriate to dissolve the summary suspension imposed on March 19, 2013.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:

(1) The summary suspension imposed on March 19, 2013, pursuant to Tenn.
Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 14(2006)is dissolved.

(2) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 18.5 (2006), this Order shall be effective
ten(10)days after the date of entry.

(3) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 24.3 (2006), Mr. McWilliams shall pay
to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, within ninety (90)days of the entry of
this Order, for all of which execution may issue if necessary.

'Because this cause was initiated prior to January 1, 2014, it is governed by the pre-2014 version ofTenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9.
(4) The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this Order to
be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R.9,§ 18.10(2006).
