KNOXVILLE LAWYER CENSURED
The Board of Professional Responsibility has issued a Public Censure
as to Knoxville attorney, M. Josiah Hoover. Mr. Hoover failed to timely respond
to inquiries from the Disciplinary Counselâs office which was the gravamen of the
censure. Respondent thereby violated RPC 8.4(d) of the attorneys rules of professional
conduct as codified in Rule 8, Rules of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. This censure
does not affect Respondentâs ability to continue to practice law.
