Suspended for two (2) years by order entered March 28, 1996, retroactive to January 1, 1995.
The suspension, which dealt with improprieties and an order forged under the name of Judge
Connie Clark of Williamson County, was the result of a settlement agreement which was
approved by the Board and the Supreme Court.
