JUDGMENT

This case was heard upon the record on appeal from the Circuit Court of
Montgomery County, briefs and argument of counsel; and upon consideration thereof,
this Court is of the opinion that none of the errors alleged by either Peter M. Napolitano
or the Board of Professional Responsibility require reversal.

In accordance with the opinion filed herein, it is, therefore, ordered and adjudged
that the judgment of the Circuit Court of Montgomery is affirmed and modified as set
forth in the opinion filed herein.

The costs of this cause are taxed to Peter M. Napolitano, for which execution may
issue if necessary.
