Public censure on June 29, 1992. He placed an advertisement in newspapers of general
circulation regarding the availability of bankruptcy relief. The Board was of the opinion that
certain portions of the advertisement were misleading in that the bill consolidation statement in
the advertisement failed to mention this as being a Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceeding. He also
failed to include the certification disclaimer in his advertisement and did not submit a copy of the
ad to the Board for prior approval.
