PERRY COUNTY ATTORNEY DISBARRED
On October 25, 2011, Bobby A. McGee was disbarred by Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Mr. McGee was convicted of two (2) counts of using interstate commerce to induce a minor to engage in
sexual activity and knowingly possessing one hundred eighty five (185) electronic images of child pornography.
Mr. McGeeâs actions violate Rule 8, Section 8.4 (misconduct), of the Rules of the Supreme Court.
Mr. McGee was further ordered to pay the expenses and costs of the disciplinary proceedings against him,
pursuant to Rule 9, Section 24.3, of the Rules of the Supreme Court, and fully comply in all respects with the
requirements and obligations of disbarred attorneys as set forth in Rule 9, Section 18.1, of the Rules of the Supreme
Court.
