PUBLIC GENSURE

The above complaint was filed against Bradley Glenn Kirk, an attorney licensed to praotioe

law in Tennessee, alleging certain note of misconduct. Put-seem to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, the Board

of Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on March 8, 2013.

In 2010, the Complainant retained the Respondent to represent him in a personal injury case.

After several months, the Complainant contacted the court clerk’s office and learned mot apart from

filing the complaint, the Respondent had taken no additional notion in the case. The Complainant

attempted to contact the Respondent, but his calls went LIfll‘BtUI‘ned. The Respondent abandoned the

Complainant’s case and failed to return his file.

By the aforementioned note, Bradley Glenn Kirk has violated Rules of Professional Conduct

1.3 (diligence), 1.4 (eonnnunioatioo), 1.5 (fees), 1.16 (declining and terminating representation),

and 8.4 (misconduct), and is hereby Publicly Censored for these violations.
