The above complaint was ï¬led against Bradley Glenn Kirk, an attorney licensed to praotioe

law in Tennessee, alleging certain note of misconduct. Put-seem to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, the Board

of Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on March 8, 2013.

In 2010, the Complainant retained the Respondent to represent him in a personal injury case.

After several months, the Complainant contacted the court clerkâs ofï¬ce and learned mot apart from

ï¬ling the complaint, the Respondent had taken no additional notion in the case. The Complainant

attempted to contact the Respondent, but his calls went LIï¬lâBtUIâned. The Respondent abandoned the

Complainantâs case and failed to return his ï¬le.
