KENTUCKY LAWYER SUSPENDED

On September 18, 2008, the Supreme Court of Tennessee suspended the Tennessee law license of
Richard K. Cameron, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, pursuant to Section 17 of Rule 9 of the Rules of the Tennessee
Supreme Court. The Board of Professional Responsibility filed a petition for reciprocal discipline with the
Court after the Supreme Court of Kentucky entered an order imposing a 181-day suspension against Cameron,
with 60 of those days probated, conditioned on the Respondent complying with a KYLAP monitoring
agreement, paying certain restitution to clients and paying the cost of the Kentucky disciplinary proceeding.

The complaints filed against Cameron in Kentucky alleged, among other things, that Cameron failed to
competently and diligently represent his clients, failed to charge a reasonable fee, and failed to respond to the
inquiries of disciplinary counsel.

Cameron was further ordered to pay the expenses and costs of the Tennessee disciplinary proceedings
against him, pursuant to Rule 9, Section 24.3, of the Rules of the Supreme Court and fully comply in all
respects with the requirements and obligations of suspended attorneys as set forth in Rule 9, §18.1 of the Rules
of the Supreme Court.
