Disbarred by consent order entered August 21, 2001. He pled guilty in U. S. District Court to
devising a scheme to defraud United American Bank (First Commercial Bank) to obtain monies,
funds, credit and assets owned by and under the control of the bank by means of false pretenses,
representations and promises. He also made false statements and representations to a Secret
Service agent.
