Suspended for eighteen (18) months by order entered August 19, 1997, retroactive to June 12,
1996 when his license was temporarily suspended. He submitted a Conditional Guilty Plea to
the charges alleged in the petition filed by the Board. Prior to applying for reinstatement, he
must make reimbursement to one client in the amount of $3,000, make reimbursement to the
Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection for any and all sums paid on his behalf, enter into a contract
with Lawyers Helping Lawyers Committee for 18 months and have a monitor who is to make
quarterly reports to the Board.
