DAVIDSON COUNTY LAWYER CENSURED
On May 22, 2012, Colin Michael Daly of Nashville, Tennessee, was Publicly Censured by the
Tennessee Supreme Court pursuant to Rule 9, Section 4.4, of the Rules of the Supreme Court.
Mr. Daly practiced law while his license was administratively suspended for failing to timely pay his
annual registration fees in violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
By the aforementioned acts, Colin Michael Daly has violated Rule 5.5 (unauthorized practice of law) of
the Rules of Professional Conduct and is hereby Publicly Censured for this violation.
A Public Censure is a rebuke and warning to the attorney, but it does not affect the attorneyâs ability to
practice law.
