Suspended for eleven (11) months and twenty-nine (29) days by order entered October 17, 1985,
retroactive to his suspension by the Supreme Court on November 29, 1984 based upon his
conviction of a felony resulting from an insufficient funds check. Prior to his voluntary
withdrawal from the practice of law in January 1983, he suffered a psychiatric and emotional
disability which resulted in ethical misconduct regarding a number of legal matters entrusted to
him. The Board found, based on psychiatric testimony, that he should be emotionally and
psychologically fit to resume the practice of law as of November 28, 1985 based upon certain
conditions which, in part, required restitution to parties damaged by his ethical misconduct.
