Public censure on March 31, 1997. She was suspended from December 29, 1993 through
October 21, 1996 for failure to obtain mandatory CLE. On May 4, 1995, she filed a voluntary
bankruptcy petition for a client. On July 11, 1996, she filed another voluntary bankruptcy for
another client. Toms stated she thought her license had been reinstated on July 11, 1996.
