Suspended for one (1) year by order entered January 19, 1989. He had led a client to believe that
several lawsuits had been filed on her behalf during representation over a period of years. The
hearing panel ordered the 1 year suspension on December 4, 1987. Donnell filed an appeal on
February 2, 1988. The Court, on July 26, 1988, directed him to promptly prepare and file the
transcript. On September 16, 1988, the Court ordered that unless the transcript was filed on or
before September 30, the appeal would be dismissed. The transcript was not prepared or filed.
