Suspended for thirty (30) days, with all time suspended and Quillen being on probation for six
(6) months, by order entered February 21, 1997. He used excessive force in a physical
altercation with opposing counsel resulting in serious injury after a deposition, and engaged in a
pattern of harassment against his ex-wife and her attorneys.
