Suspended for three (3) years beginning October 27, 1999. He was found to have failed to keep
his retainer fee in a trust account; failed to adequately communicate with a client; falsely signed
a judgment for his ex-wife when he did not represent her; filed a frivolous appeal and an
inadequate brief; neglected the representation of a client; failed to return $1,000 of an unearned
retainer fee; and allowed a case to be dismissed without client permission. He must refund the
$1,000 unearned fee.
