Suspended for one (1) year by order entered May 25, 1993, and for an indefinite period
thereafter until he makes restitution of $10,000 for neglect. In his representation of a client, he
responded to interrogatories filed by the adverse party but failed to disclose the identity of the
eye witness. The critical witness was not allowed to testify and the case, which was one of clear
liability, was dismissed. He appealed the case but the appeal was dismissed due to his neglect.
Before the trial, he received a settlement offer but he failed to convey the offer to his client.
