Suspended for one (1) year by order entered March 1, 1993, with all time suspended and Naifeh
being on probation, except for thirty (30) days, conditioned upon his compliance with certain
conditions. He submitted a conditional guilty plea to the petition for discipline filed by the
Board. The suspension order specified that he be evaluated for drug addiction and comply with
whatever treatment and aftercare program recommended by the treatment center; have a monitor
who would make quarterly reports to the Board for one year; and be subject to random drug
screens.
