ORDER OF REMOVAL FROM DISABILITY
INACTIVE STATUS
This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R, § 27.7, upon an
amended Petition for Reinstatement pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, Section 27 filed by
Robert Andrew Free (hereinafter âPetitionerâ) on September 12, 2024, and the Answer to
the Petition for Reinstatement filed October 22, 2024, recommending removal of
Petitionerâs disability status and transfer to inactive status pending resolution of his
outstanding disciplinary complaint.
From all of which the Court grants the Petition for Reinstatement pursuant to Tenn.
Sup. Ct. R. 9, Section 27.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE
COURT THAT:
1. Petitioner Robert Andrew Free, is hereby removed from disability inactive
status in the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7(b).
2. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7 (c), Robert Andrew Free shall remain
on inactive status until further order of this Court.
