TENNESSEE LAWYER REINSTATED
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered January 5, 2026, Carlos Eugene Moore was reinstated
to the active practice of law.
On March 27, 2025, Carlos Eugene Moore was suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee for one (1)
year, retroactive to the date of suspension in Mississippi. Mr. Moore filed a Petition for Reinstatement to the
practice of law pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 30.4(c) on November 21, 2025. The Board
found the petition to be satisfactory and submitted an Order of Reinstatement to the Court.
Mr. Mooreâs reinstatement to the active practice of law is conditioned upon his continuing compliance
with, and timely satisfaction of, the conditions set forth in the Opinion and Final Judgment of the Supreme Court
of Mississippi entered December 31, 2024.
