ORDER

This matter is before the Court, pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7, upon a
Petition for Removal from Disability Inactive Status filed on July 18, 2019, by the
Petitioner, David Harris. Mr. Harris’ law license was moved to disability inactive status
by Order of this Court on November 17, 2017. The Board of Professional
Responsibility’s Response to the Petition for Removal of Disability Inactive Status was
filed on August 9, 2019, noting no objection to the Petition for Removal of Disability
Inactive Status.

From all of which the Court grants the Petition for Removal of Disability Inactive
Status.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE
COURT THAT:

1. The Petitioner, David Harris, is hereby removed from disability inactive status
in the State of Tennessee pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7(b).

2. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 27.7 (c), Mr. Harris shall remain suspended
until further order of the Court.
